The Role:

We’re looking for an ambitious and inventive individual to join Mercku as a Customer Support Specialist. Working in a fast-paced start-up company, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills with our team, who’s passionate about innovation and collaboration. This role requires a high degree of efficiency and organization to help support all aspects of a scaling tech company. The returns of all your hard work will lead to immense fulfillment in growing a successful startup.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Become a product expert – you will need to use and understand our products to develop a better understanding of what our customers and clients value
  • You will serve as the first impression for our customers, managing and resolving customer inquiries regarding the use, functionality, or features of our products
  • Oversee North American logistics by processing replenishments, samples, and shipment orders, working closely with our domestic and international logistics partners
  • Design materials and protocols that support the Business Development team

Who we are looking for:

  • You have at least one year of professional work experience and have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in the last three years. Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • You’re a critical thinker and reliable multi-tasker with solid interpersonal skills
  • You have strong capabilities in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Thrive in a dynamic and diverse team and is committed to building an influential culture focused around connectivity
