M2 Series User Guide

Everything you need to set up, configure and manage your Mercku M2 router.

1. Change Wi-Fi Name and Password

Customize your Wi-Fi name and password to keep your network secure.

Mercku App → Wi-Fi Settings

Steps

Step 1

Open the Mercku App and connect to your M2 router.

Step 2

Go to Wi-Fi Settings.

Step 3

Change the Wi-Fi name and password, then save your settings.

2. Guest Wi-Fi

Create a separate Wi-Fi network for visitors while protecting your private devices.

Steps

Step 1

Open Mercku App → Wi-Fi Settings → Guest Wi-Fi.

Step 2

Enable Guest Wi-Fi and configure the network name and password.

3. Port Forwarding

Allow external devices to access specific devices inside your network.

Steps

Step 1

Open Advanced Settings → Port Forwarding.

Step 2

Enter the port number, device IP address and protocol.

4. Mesh Setup

Connect multiple M2 devices to extend Wi-Fi coverage.

Steps

Step 1

Complete the setup of the main M2 router.

Step 2

Add another M2 device through the Mercku App.

Step 3

Complete the Mesh pairing process.

5. Check Device Status

View connection status, connected devices and network information.

6. Factory Reset

Restore your M2 router to factory default settings.

Before resetting, all customized settings will be removed.
